Job Description

We are seeking a highly energetic and passionate team member to design, deliver, and foster various Dexcom Talent and Diversity programs and initiatives. Partner with Dexcom Leadership Council to design and deliver DEI strategies and programs and support Employee Resource Groups. Support and advise leaders on DEI matters as it relates to Dexcom Culture initiatives to include employee engagement surveys to positively impact retention, employee engagement, and business results. Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and Center of Expertise Leaders (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Compliance and Employee Relations, and HR Operations) to execute targeted global talent and DEI strategies and meet business needs.

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of 8-12 years related experience

  • Proven record implementing successful diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives

  • Professional level HR industry certification is a plus

  • Experience creating and using diversity analytics and workforce metrics
