Job Description

Lead the implementation of requirements on Android apps

Follow internal software development procedure that complies with medical regulations. Develop automated unit tests. Identify and implement best practices for software application development. Write and update design documentation. Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to strengthen development efficiency. Interface with software test to ensure high quality product. Propose and implement enhancements to the apps to improve sustainability. Provide mentorship and technical day-to-day oversight to other team members. Provide manager with input for other team members mid-year and annual performance evaluations. Participate in hiring activity. Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires. Coordinate offboarding activities for exiting employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven history of mobile development with one or more commercial apps available on an app store

  • Ability to understand company intent for the application and align programming

  • Requires a minimum of 7 years of Android development experience

  • Must have strong communication skills to discuss tradeoffs between design options.
