Job Description

Manages and supports internal teams supporting the organization in improving quality standards between internal and external stakeholders. Monitors service levels to ensure we are providing a positive customer experience to meet or exceed corporate goal. Directs and performs evaluation of internal processes, communications, and resolution of customer related issues. Monitors service levels to ensure we are providing a positive customer experience to meet or exceed corporate goal. Directs and performs evaluation of internal processes, communications, and resolution of customer related issues. Build and lead a world class Customer Service organization. Manage functional areas including but not limited to: customer service, insurance verification, and administration analytics. Responsible forecasting call volumes, work schedules and performance of call queue.

Job Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a medical device environment with Customer Service and insurance benefit

  • 3+ years lead/supervisor experience

  • Must be flexible and willing to learn and change in a dynamic environment

  • Ability to maintain a pleasant demeanor while working in a high stress environment

  • Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment.
