Instructional Design Specialist

Support learning content design & development for all customer-facing learner groups by delivery quality learning assets, including eLearning & ILT (virtual & live). Design interactive courseware and video using adult learning theory that appeals to various learning styles and international audiences, with a focus on critical thinking and technical support troubleshooting. Support maintenance of all learning content in a face-paced, dynamic business environment. Develop and maintain working knowledge of OTJ competencies for all learner groups supported. Develop effective partnership with collaborators and extended team Demonstrate proficiency in authoring and content development software and tools. Incorporate adult learning principles and cutting-edge learning methods & technology that drive OTJ performance improvements. Maintain & develop ID expertise via development and on-going learning. Support the development of training content in an efficient manner – re-use and re-purpose assets whenever possible.
