Job Description

Responsible for coaching and advising leaders and employees on conduct related matters. Prepares or assists in the preparation of corrective action memos. Presents information and influence decisions. Facilitate training on key Employee Relations issues. Participates in policy writing and interpretation. May assist in developing organizational policy and procedural efficiencies within team. Participates in the development and implementation of Employee Relations programs based on business goals and HR strategy. Consistently enters and updates case details in ER’s case management system. Track, analyze and interpret ER metrics to provide insights on trends and opportunities to HRBPs and the business. Keep abreast of employment laws and developments s within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of related experience

  • Extensive experience of conducting and advising on investigations in the U.S.

  • Knowledge of ADA and managing ADA situations

  • Corporate ER experience a plus
