Identifies and monitors underlying drivers of cost variances between actual expenditure vs. forecast/budget, raising issues where necessary. Collects and analyses financial information to support decision making. Works proactively with the senior business analysts and the business to assess and redefine the forecasting, data capture and reporting processes. Provides analytical support focused around obtaining the optimal balance of pricing, early payment discounts, rebates and volume commitments. Supports the Senior Business Analyst and Business Partners in development of short, medium and long-term resource requirements. Supports ad-hoc financial information requests as and when required.
