Accounts Payable Manager

We're looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join our team. Your role will be to utilize your strong accounting skills to improve existing Accounts Payable processes. Provide Controller with recommended disbursement list based on AP Aging, payment due dates, contractual payment terms, and communications with staff and vendor. Provide rolling forecast of future AP disbursements. Creating more efficient internal controls. Automating processes Consolidating functions and restructuring the department. Integrating newly acquired businesses from an A/P operations perspective. Developing metrics and reporting tools. Develops, implements, and maintains systems, procedures, and policies. Manages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month-end information. Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product.
