Are you looking for a position at a fast-paced, fun-filled restaurant? Denny's is now hiring a Service Assistant to join our team! As a Service Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent service to our guests by helping to keep the restaurant clean and organized. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the service industry, has a strong work ethic, and is eager to learn and grow with our team.To be considered for this position, you must have at least one year of working in a customer service role, a valid driver's license, and be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. It is also important that you possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, are able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude and a friendly demeanor. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
  2. Ensure the restaurant is clean and organized at all times.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  4. Maintain a high level of customer service.
  5. Assist with food preparation and serving.
  6. Assist with restocking and inventory control.
  7. Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed.
  8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  9. Help to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  10. Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action.
