Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and ensure their satisfaction with the restaurant's services
• Make suggestions to customers about menu items and specials
• Assist with seating, serving, and cleaning up after guests
• Answer customer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Provide customers with information on menu items, prices, and specials
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and disputes
• Ensure the dining room is clean and organized at all times
• Ensure the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations
• Assist in ordering and stocking supplies and food items
• Assist in training new service personnel
• Assist in performing regular inventory checks
• Assist in opening and closing duties as necessary.
