Service Assistant

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Service Assistant to join our Denny's team! This position is an integral part of our customer service team and requires excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate for this role is a team player with great communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional service to our guests. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers with orders and answer any questions or concerns they may have
• Ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly
• Keep the dining area clean and organized
• Stock shelves and refrigerators with food items and beverages
• Replace empty items and restock shelves as needed
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages
• Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude towards customers
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
• Ensure all payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner
