Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Ensure all guests receive outstanding customer service during their visit.
3. Take orders accurately, process payments and serve food and drinks to guests.
4. Ensure all dining areas are kept clean and well-stocked.
5. Assist in setting up and breaking down tables and chairs for dining.
6. Clear and reset tables in a timely manner.
7. Monitor and replenish all supplies and equipment as needed.
8. Monitor guest satisfaction and take action to ensure guest expectations are met.
9. Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
10. Maintain a friendly, open and positive attitude while working with other staff members.
11. Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
12. Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned.
