Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience

• Listen to customers’ needs and provide them with tailored solutions

• Address customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner

• Take orders and serve food and drinks in a timely manner

• Ensure that the restaurant is clean and organized at all times

• Facilitate payment transactions and provide accurate change

• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

• Assist in meal preparation and other kitchen duties as needed

• Keep up to date with menu changes and specials

• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service

• Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic that reflects the company’s values
