Responsibilities:

1. Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Take and accurately enter orders, and ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
3. Ensure that all guests receive outstanding customer service.
4. Ensure that all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner.
5. Monitor and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
6. Assist with cleaning and restocking the dining area as needed.
7. Monitor and maintain supplies and products as needed.
8. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
9. Respond to customer feedback in a timely and positive manner.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
