Server

We are looking for an enthusiastic Server to join the team at Denny's! Our Servers provide an excellent experience for our guests, and are a key part of creating a welcoming atmosphere for them. This role requires an individual who is passionate about hospitality and has a great attitude. Being a Server at Denny's is a fast-paced and rewarding position.The ideal candidate for this position will have at least one year of experience in a similar role, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication and people skills. The ability to think on your feet and stay calm under pressure is essential. A dedication to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to make our guests feel at home are also essential requirements for this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests and provide them with an exceptional dining experience
2. Take orders and serve food and drinks in accordance with Denny's standards
3. Ensure that all orders are accurate and promptly delivered to guests
4. Answer questions regarding menu items and make recommendations as needed
5. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
6. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station
7. Assist other staff members in duties as assigned
8. Follow all safety and sanitation regulations
9. Work as part of a team to ensure all guests have an enjoyable dining experience
10. Balance cash drawers and prepare cash deposits at the end of each shift
