
Manager, Technical Call Center
Operational duties for people development and management of a fully remote call center staff for level 1 and level 2. Ensures appropriate reporting of technical call center metrics, trend analysis, and financial impact. Identifies, coordinates, and oversees call center activities ensuring there is appropriate functional involvement, planning, and communication with internal and external departments and support vendors. Responsible for all communications regarding P1 issues and multi user/unit issues. Build continuous operating improvements and quality performance to improve Call Center metrics, including quality, productivity, and costs. Identify, analyze and resolve a wide range of technical, process, and operational issues providing quick and decisive solutions. Maintain current w. orking knowledge of the latest industry solutions and technologies to provide educated recommendations and ensure solid design principles are followed
Minimum of 5-7 years of supervisory experience in a technical call center environment, preferably 24x7.
Experience supervising associates in a technical environment
Experience leading and coordinating large, complex, projects
Technical Retail or Restaurant Experience
