Manager, Internal Communications

The Manager of Internal Communications will be a strategic storyteller, a connector between leadership and employees, and a creative thinker who can take our internal communications to the next level. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a high degree of organizational ability, and an understanding of current trends in internal communication strategies.The successful candidate must have a minimum of five years of experience in internal communication and/or public relations, a degree in communication, public relations, or a related field, and a demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders. We are looking for someone who is highly proactive, creative, and organized, with the ability to think strategically, think on their feet, and problem solve. The Manager of Internal Communications must be able to effectively utilize technology and social media to create an engaging, consistent, and unified message to employees. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic internal communication plans to build a strong and unified company culture • Create engaging, consistent, and unified internal communications messages using technology and social media • Develop relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure message accuracy and timeliness • Serve as a storyteller and connector between leadership and employees • Develop and maintain employee communication channels, such as emails, newsletters, and intranet • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communications and provide feedback to leadership • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on internal communication initiatives • Support external communication initiatives, such as media relations and brand building • Develop creative strategies and tactics to build engagement among employees • Support the planning and execution of company events, such as town halls, training events, and team building activities
