Responsibilities:

1. Provide leadership and guidance to staff in employee relations, benefits administration, talent acquisition, and compliance.
2. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
3. Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations.
4. Oversee recruitment and selection processes.
5. Manage employee onboarding and orientation.
6. Administer benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid leave.
7. Handle employee disciplinary actions and terminations.
8. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
10. Track and analyze HR metrics and prepare reports.
