Denny's is looking for an enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our team and create a warm and inviting environment for our guests.Our ideal Host/Hostess candidate must have a strong work ethic and a commitment to upholding our high standards of hospitality. The successful candidate must also have a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities of a Host/Hostess:

  1. Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  2. Answer phone calls and take reservations.
  3. Attentively listen to guests’ needs and preferences.
  4. Assist with seating guests and accommodating special requests.
  5. Ensure guests are satisfied with their experience.
  6. Monitor dining room to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
  7. Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables.
  8. Respond to guest inquiries and address complaints in a professional manner.
  9. Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  10. Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials.
