As General Manager, you ensure that the focus is on our guests, and you constantly strive for results. Overseeing overall restaurant operations, management of staff, controllable profit plan achievement, guest count growth and sales building activities. Focusing on employee selection, retention and continuous operational improvements. Demonstrating a strong commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction. Reinforcing training and upholding the Denny’s Way service and brand quality standards throughout the entire restaurant.
