  1. Develop and implement real estate strategies to support the growth and expansion of Denny's franchise locations.

  3. Negotiate and secure favorable real estate deals for new franchise locations.
  4. Collaborate with franchisees and internal teams to ensure successful execution of real estate plans.
  5. Manage and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, landlords, and other industry professionals.
  6. Monitor and analyze real estate trends and market conditions to make informed business decisions.
  7. Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential franchise locations.
  8. Oversee the site selection process and provide guidance to franchisees on site suitability.
  9. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate development.
  10. Supervise and mentor a team of real estate professionals to achieve departmental goals.
  11. Prepare and present reports on real estate activities to senior management.
  12. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop effective real estate marketing strategies.
  13. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve real estate processes.
  14. Identify and implement cost-saving measures to maximize profitability of franchise locations.
  15. Represent Denny's at industry conferences and events to promote the brand and network with potential franchise partners.
