Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, User Experience Design, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Conducting User Research, Preferably In The Travel Or Hospitality Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Methodologies, Including Usability Testing, Surveys, And Interviews.

  • Proficiency In Using Research Tools And Software Such As Qualtrics, Usertesting, And Optimal Workshop.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present Research Findings In A Clear And Actionable Manner To Stakeholders At All Levels.
