Bachelor's Degree In Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, User Experience Design, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Conducting User Research, Preferably In The Travel Or Hospitality Industry.
Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Methodologies, Including Usability Testing, Surveys, And Interviews.
Proficiency In Using Research Tools And Software Such As Qualtrics, Usertesting, And Optimal Workshop.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present Research Findings In A Clear And Actionable Manner To Stakeholders At All Levels.
