- Design and develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for Delta Air Lines' digital platforms, including the website and mobile app.
- Conduct user research and gather customer insights to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and user needs in order to create effective design solutions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mock-ups to communicate design ideas and gather feedback.
- Utilize industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously improve and enhance the digital user experience.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the design vision is accurately implemented.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.
- Ensure consistency and brand integrity across all digital platforms.
- Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate new techniques and technologies into design processes.
- Act as an advocate for the user, always considering their needs and preferences in the design process.
- Collaborate with other designers and provide constructive feedback to help maintain a high standard of design excellence.
- Continuously monitor and analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven design decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive user experience across all touchpoints.
- Take ownership of projects and see them through from conception to launch.
- Stay organized and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's Degree In User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In User Experience Design, Preferably In The Airline Or Travel Industry.
Proficiency In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, And Invision.
Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Methodologies.
Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Product Managers, Developers, And Stakeholders.
