Welcome to Delta Air Lines! We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Ticket/Gate Agent (Customer Service Agent) at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP). In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our passengers by assisting them with ticketing, check-in, and boarding processes.   1. Greet and welcome passengers with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Assist passengers with ticketing, check-in, and boarding processes.
  3. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of Delta Air Lines policies and procedures.
  5. Ensure all passengers are properly checked in and have the necessary documents for their flight.
  6. Monitor flight schedules and make necessary changes to accommodate passenger needs.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  8. Keep updated on any changes in airport or airline policies and procedures.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for Delta Air Lines, promoting a positive image and providing exceptional customer service.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  11. Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure the safety of passengers and staff.
  12. Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors, elderly or disabled individuals.
  13. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  14. Communicate important flight information to passengers, such as delays or gate changes.
  15. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Delta Air Lines' products and services, and promote them to passengers when appropriate.
  16. Work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  17. Adhere to Delta Air Lines' customer service standards and provide a memorable experience for all passengers.
  18. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Delta Air Lines in a positive manner at all times.
  19. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on any changes or improvements in procedures.
  20. Collaborate with supervisors and managers to identify areas of improvement and suggest solutions for enhancing customer experience.
