Excellent Communication Skills: A Ticket/Gate Agent At Delta Air Lines Must Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers, Colleagues, And Other Airline Personnel.
Customer Service Experience: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Customer Service Experience Is Required For This Position. This Could Include Previous Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Such As Retail Or Hospitality.
Proficiency In Computer Systems: As A Ticket/Gate Agent, You Will Be Responsible For Using Various Computer Systems To Book, Change, And Manage Flight Reservations. Therefore, Proficiency In Computer Systems And The Ability To Quickly Learn New Software Is Essential For This Role.
Attention To Detail: Working In A Fast-Paced Environment, A Ticket/Gate Agent Must Be Able To Multitask And Pay Close Attention To Detail To Ensure Accurate And Efficient Processing Of Customer Requests And Transactions.
Ability To Work In A Team: A Ticket/Gate Agent Must Be A Team Player And Able To Work Collaboratively With Colleagues To Provide Exceptional Customer Service.
