  2. Providing accurate and timely flight information to passengers and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  3. Processing ticket sales, upgrades, and changes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Ensuring proper documentation and identification is obtained from passengers before boarding.
  5. Assisting passengers with boarding and deplaning, including assisting with luggage and other special needs.
  6. Collaborating with other team members, such as flight attendants and ground crew, to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  7. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including the ticket counter and gate area.
  8. Adhering to all safety and security protocols, including verifying passenger identification and performing security screenings as required.
  9. Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Keeping updated on any changes in flight schedules, policies, and procedures to accurately communicate information to passengers.
  11. Adhering to company standards and procedures for cash handling and accounting.
  12. Continuously striving to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for all passengers.
  13. Completing all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
  14. Participating in ongoing training and development to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
  15. Representing Delta Air Lines in a positive and professional manner at all times.
