  1. Develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives within the Technical Operations department to drive operational and financial efficiency.
  2. Manage and optimize all financial processes and procedures within the TechOps department, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within TechOps.
  4. Create and maintain financial reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  5. Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies and procedures.
  7. Manage and track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
  8. Communicate and present financial information and updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership, on a regular basis.
  9. Identify and mitigate financial risks and issues, and propose solutions to improve financial performance.
  10. Mentor and support team members to enhance their financial knowledge and skills.
  11. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in finance, and recommend strategies to enhance financial performance.
  12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and suppliers.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as Finance and Operations, to ensure alignment and consistency in financial processes and procedures.
  14. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to financial operations and initiatives within TechOps.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the TechOps team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Project Management Experience, Preferably In A Finance Or Operations Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Principles And Experience Managing Budgets And Financial Forecasting.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Airline Industry Operations And Regulations, With Experience In Managing Projects Related To Operations And Administration.
