  1. Collaborate with the Fleet Strategy team to identify and understand the current and future needs of the airline's aircraft operations.
  2. Develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize the efficiency and performance of the airline's fleet.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Leverage your expertise in systems engineering to design and implement efficient and effective solutions.
  5. Communicate with various stakeholders, including management, engineers, and other team members, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  6. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in aircraft technology to continuously improve the airline's fleet strategy.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert for all technical aspects related to the airline's fleet operations.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and processes.
  9. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budget estimates for system enhancements and upgrades.
  10. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any issues related to fleet operations systems.
  11. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  12. Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of implemented solutions and make recommendations for further improvements.
  13. Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in systems engineering and aviation industry.
  14. Represent the airline at industry events and conferences to share best practices and stay updated with industry developments.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Systems Engineering, Preferably In The Aviation Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fleet Management Principles, Including Aircraft Selection, Scheduling, And Optimization.

  • Knowledge Of Aircraft Systems, Avionics, And Maintenance Processes.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Complex Strategies For Fleet Management.
