  1. Develop and implement strategies for personalization and language localization across all customer touchpoints.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure that personalized and localized content and services are delivered effectively.
  3. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  4. Monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for personalization and localization improvements.
  5. Oversee the translation and localization of content and services in various languages.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in personalization and language localization.
  7. Train and mentor team members on personalization and localization processes and tools.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to personalization and localization.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Continuously improve and optimize personalization and localization processes to enhance the customer experience.
  11. Develop and manage budgets for personalization and localization initiatives.
  12. Provide regular reports and updates on personalization and localization activities to senior management.
  13. Identify and resolve any issues or challenges related to personalization and localization.
  14. Represent Delta Air Lines at industry events and conferences related to personalization and localization.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Marketing Or Advertising, Preferably In The Travel Industry

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Global Personalization And Language Strategies, Including Experience With Targeted Advertising, Segmentation, And Localization

  • Excellent Project Management Skills And The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Drive Decision-Making And Optimize Campaigns.
