
Specialist - HR Solutions
This role is integral to achieve future emerging technologies throughout the program. Responsible for performing daily administration of the ServiceNow HRSD system. Assist management with monitoring the performance and execution of multiple projects and processes related to the HRSD solution. Responsible for the implementation of new knowledge distribution policies and acting as a teacher and advocate for the use of new practices within the Tier 0 platform. Provide support and peer-level assistance to others for successful usage and adoption of the HRSD Tier 0 solution.
3-5 years of experience in customer service center or technology maintenance and escalation support environments required.
Experience with IT Service Management Systems, specifically the ServiceNow HR Module.
Subject matter expertise in the areas of Service Center Delivery automation using emerging technologies.
Should be able to travel when required.
