- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform and guide Delta's digital strategy.
- Utilize various analytics tools and techniques to collect, organize, and interpret data from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and develop data-driven solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate data insights.
- Continuously monitor and track performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data analytics to inform and enhance Delta's approach.
- Identify opportunities for data-driven decision making and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Work closely with IT and other teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external data vendors and partners.
- Train and educate team members on best practices for data analysis and interpretation.
- Participate in data strategy planning and contribute to the development of long-term data initiatives.
- Adhere to data privacy and security policies and procedures.
- Proactively identify potential data issues and troubleshoot as needed.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and projects as assigned.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data To Drive Business Decisions.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Data Analytics And Insights, Preferably In The Digital Experience Field.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Sql, Python, Or R And Experience With Data Visualization Tools.
Knowledge Of Digital Marketing And E-Commerce Principles, Including Customer Journey Mapping And Segmentation.
