As a Specialist of Customer Insights and Advisory at Delta Air Lines, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company by providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.   11. Serve as a brand ambassador for Delta Air Lines, promoting a customer-centric mindset and advocating for the importance of customer insights within the organization.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and data.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Market Research, Customer Insights, Or Advisory Roles.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Insights And Recommendations To Key Stakeholders.

  • Experience In The Airline Industry Or Other Customer-Facing Industries Is Preferred.
