  1. Perform routine maintenance and calibration of flight simulators to ensure they are functioning properly and accurately represent real-life flight conditions.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with simulators, and work to resolve them promptly to minimize downtime.
  3. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for simulators.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry standards and advancements in simulator technology to make recommendations for upgrades or improvements.
  5. Create and maintain documentation and reports related to simulator maintenance and repairs.
  6. Communicate effectively with pilots and other team members to understand and address any concerns or issues with the simulators.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working on simulators to ensure a safe working environment.
  8. Assist in the setup and operation of simulators for training purposes.
  9. Maintain an organized and clean work environment, and properly store and maintain tools and equipment.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of simulators, and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  • Knowledge Of Aviation Technology: A Qualified Simulator Technician At Delta Air Lines Must Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Aviation Technology, Including Aircraft Systems, Flight Controls, And Aerodynamics.

  • Technical Skills: The Job Requires Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Repairing Complex Electronic, Mechanical, And Hydraulic Systems, As Well As Experience Working With Computer Software And Hardware.
