Shift Manager Line Maintenance
Prepares and administers frontline employee evaluations, solves technical and personnel issues, communicates and supports company policies, and handles administrative action. Supports departmental goals through LPMs and KPIs. Develops, monitors and adheres to business, operating and capital plans. Promotes continual process and operational improvements. Provides guidance and training for assigned personnel. Develops both strategic and tactical plans that create a safety-conscious environment resulting in employee safety and well-being. Delta Air Lines Tech Ops division is seeking a Shift Manager Intermediate Maintenance to provide leadership to Intermediate Maintenance personnel to ensure a safe, compliant and highly coordinated line operation.
Must have an A & P license, structures and line avionics training.
Must be an AMT or higher classification.
Line maintenance and supervisory experience is preferred.
