  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all aircraft maintenance activities.
  2. Review and analyze aircraft maintenance records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in maintenance records.
  4. Develop and implement processes to improve the accuracy and efficiency of record-keeping.
  5. Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate recording of maintenance activities.
  6. Monitor aircraft fleet status to identify any potential issues or concerns.
  7. Conduct audits and inspections of aircraft maintenance records to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Provide support to maintenance and engineering teams by researching and retrieving necessary information from records.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and standards related to aircraft records management.
  10. Train and mentor junior technical records analysts to ensure consistency and accuracy in record-keeping.
  11. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding aircraft records and related matters.
  12. Participate in special projects or initiatives to improve overall efficiency and safety of aircraft fleet management.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and security of all aircraft records.
  14. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  15. Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of aircraft record-keeping.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Technical Records Or Aviation Maintenance Role, Preferably In A Large Airline Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards Related To Aircraft Maintenance And Technical Records.

  • Proficiency In Using Computer-Based Aircraft Maintenance And Records Systems, Such As Trax Or Amos.

  • Excellent Attention To Detail And Ability To Analyze And Interpret Complex Technical Data.

  • Proven Ability To Work Independently And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously While Meeting Tight Deadlines.
