  1. Lead the design and development of cabin avionics for the Delta Air Lines fleet.
  2. Implement innovative solutions to enhance the passenger experience and improve the reliability of aircraft avionics systems.
  3. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in avionics technology to continuously improve and innovate Delta's avionics systems.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and maintenance, to ensure smooth integration of avionics systems.
  5. Conduct thorough testing and analysis to ensure the safety, functionality, and quality of avionics systems.
  6. Develop and maintain technical documentation and specifications for avionics systems.
  7. Mentor and guide junior engineers to ensure their professional growth and development.
  8. Analyze and troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions with avionics systems and provide prompt and effective solutions.
  9. Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
  10. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while designing and developing avionics systems.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to avionics design and development.
  12. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality avionics components.
  13. Represent Delta Air Lines in industry events and conferences to showcase our innovative avionics systems.
  14. Maintain a strong focus on cost control and efficiency while designing and developing avionics systems.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Avionics Systems: A Senior Engineer, Cabin Avionics At Delta Air Lines Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience Working With Avionics Systems, Including Design, Development, And Implementation.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background With A Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Electrical Or Aerospace Engineering. They Should Also Be Familiar With Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Avionics Systems.
