  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of crew operations, including scheduling, training, and deployment of crew members.
  2. Ensure compliance with all federal regulations and company policies regarding crew operations.
  3. Develop and maintain efficient and effective crew schedules, taking into account factors such as crew availability, flight schedules, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Monitor and analyze crew performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize crew productivity.
  5. Coordinate with other departments, such as flight operations and maintenance, to ensure smooth and timely crew operations.
  6. Provide support and guidance to crew members, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  7. Oversee crew training programs, ensuring all crew members are up to date on required training and certifications.
  8. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in crew operations, implementing new strategies and processes as needed.
  9. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement long-term crew operations strategies and goals.
  10. Train and mentor junior analysts in the Crew Operations team to ensure a high standard of performance and foster professional growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Aviation Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Airline Operations, Crew Planning, Or Crew Scheduling.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Data.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Airline Crew Management Software, Such As Sabre Crewtrac Or Crewconnex, And Microsoft Excel.
