RPA Engineer

This role is responsible for support and operations of BluePrism RPA Tool and supporting the application maintenance. This person will deliver the service for the IT service management processes, i.e. ensuring the smooth operation of the application. Prioritizes and diagnoses incidents according to agreed procedures. Investigates causes of incidents and seeks resolution. Escalates unresolved incidents. Facilitates recovery, following resolution of incidents. Documents and closes resolved incidents according to agreed procedures. Initiates and monitors actions to investigate and resolve problems in systems, processes and services. Determines problem fixes/remedies. Assists with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures. Carries out agreed applications maintenance tasks.
