  1. Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth in the assigned region.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the home market industry.

  10. Stay updated on the latest developments and updates in the aviation industry, specifically in the home markets segment.
  11. Continuously analyze and improve sales processes and strategies to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  12. Collaborate with other regional sales coordinators and share best practices and success stories.
  13. Train and mentor new team members as needed.
  14. Represent Delta Air Lines in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Sales Or Marketing, Preferably In The Airline Or Travel Industry

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Colleagues
