  1. Provide exceptional customer service to Delta Air Lines passengers.
  2. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure safe and efficient operation of flights.
  3. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for self and others.
  4. Handle luggage and cargo with care and ensure proper loading onto aircraft.
  5. Operate equipment and machinery to move baggage and cargo to and from aircraft.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a smooth and timely departure for flights.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to coordinate tasks and resolve any issues.
  8. Assist passengers with their luggage and provide guidance or assistance as needed.
  9. Follow all company policies and procedures to uphold Delta Air Lines' standards of excellence.
  10. Attend training sessions and stay updated on any changes in procedures or regulations.
  11. Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations regarding airport operations and safety.
  12. Continuously monitor and report any irregularities or safety hazards to superiors.
  13. Act as a representative of Delta Air Lines and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  14. Display a strong work ethic and flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  15. Meet physical requirements such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time.
  16. Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors to contribute to the overall success of Delta Air Lines.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
