- Assist passengers with their luggage and provide guidance or assistance as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to uphold Delta Air Lines' standards of excellence.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on any changes in procedures or regulations.
- Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations regarding airport operations and safety.
- Continuously monitor and report any irregularities or safety hazards to superiors.
- Act as a representative of Delta Air Lines and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Display a strong work ethic and flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Meet physical requirements such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
At Least 1 Year Of Customer Service Experience, Preferably In The Airline Industry.
Ability To Lift Up To 50 Pounds And Work In A Physically Demanding Environment.
