  1. Greet and welcome passengers to Delta Air Lines with a positive and professional attitude.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with check-in, baggage drop-off, boarding, and any other inquiries or needs they may have.
  3. Ensure the safety and security of passengers by following all safety protocols and procedures.
  4. Handle and transfer passenger luggage and cargo with care and efficiency.
  5. Operate various equipment, such as baggage carts and tugs, in a safe and responsible manner.
  6. Communicate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure a smooth and timely flight departure.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and professional environment for passengers and colleagues.
  8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as federal regulations and guidelines.
  9. Handle difficult or stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
  10. Continuously monitor and report any irregularities or issues with equipment or processes to the appropriate department.
  11. Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  12. Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
