We are currently seeking a Ramp Agent (Customer Service Agent) to join our team at O'Hare International Airport (ORD). As a Ramp Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of our aircraft, as well as providing top-notch customer service to our passengers.   1. Safely and efficiently assist in the movement of aircraft on the ramp, including loading and unloading baggage, cargo, and mail.
  2. Provide outstanding customer service to passengers by greeting them, assisting with their baggage, and answering any questions or concerns they may have.
  3. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the ramp area, including removing debris and monitoring for any safety hazards.
  4. Communicate effectively and professionally with all team members, including pilots, ground crew, and other airline staff, to ensure a smooth and timely flight departure.
  5. Adhere to all safety and security protocols, including proper handling of baggage, adherence to weight restrictions, and following all FAA regulations.
  6. Operate ground support equipment in a safe and responsible manner, including baggage carts, belt loaders, and tugs.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all baggage and cargo loaded and unloaded from the aircraft.
  8. Assist in the boarding and disembarking of passengers, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  9. Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
  10. Participate in ongoing training and development to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  11. Provide assistance to passengers with special needs or accommodations, including wheelchair assistance and language translation.
  12. Represent Delta Air Lines in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  13. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and customer service.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
