  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience with Delta Air Lines.
  2. Serve as a key member of the ground operations team, working alongside other ramp agents to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of flights.
  3. Handle all aspects of ground operations, including baggage handling, aircraft loading and unloading, and marshalling aircraft for departure.
  4. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft.
  5. Assist passengers with special needs and accommodations, including wheelchair assistance and unaccompanied minors.
  6. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing the Delta brand and upholding its high standards of customer service.
  7. Communicate effectively and efficiently with team members, flight crew, and other departments to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers.
  8. Proactively identify and resolve any customer service issues or concerns, using problem-solving skills to find creative and effective solutions.
  9. Adhere to all company policies and regulations, including attendance, punctuality, and dress code.
  10. Continuously strive to improve and maintain a high level of performance, seeking feedback and implementing suggestions for improvement.
  11. Keep a clean and organized work environment, including the ramp and baggage handling areas.
  12. Attend required training sessions and stay updated on industry and company changes, policies, and procedures.
  13. Comply with all security and safety regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materials and securement of aircraft doors.
  14. Maintain a positive attitude and promote a teamwork-oriented culture, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In Customer Service Or A Related Field, Preferably In An Airport Or Airline Setting.

  • Ability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Nights, Weekends, And Holidays, As Needed.

  • Knowledge Of Airport Operations And Safety Procedures.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Interact With A Diverse Group Of Customers And Colleagues.

  • Physical Ability To Lift And Move Heavy Baggage And Perform Other Physically Demanding Tasks In A Fast-Paced, Outdoor Environment.
