  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the Crew Resources Staffing and Analytics team, including staffing levels, scheduling, and data analysis.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure that all flights are fully staffed and crew members are properly supported.
  3. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify staffing needs and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficient operations.
  4. Conduct regular data analysis to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize crew resources.
  5. Monitor and track crew performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices to continuously improve crew resources operations.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of crew resources analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  8. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful completion of all projects.
  9. Communicate with crew members and other stakeholders to provide updates and information on staffing and operational changes.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve crew resources operations.
  11. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  12. Continuously seek out opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the crew resources operations.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team, promoting teamwork, accountability, and a customer-centric mindset.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Project Management Or Staffing Related Role.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience In Data Analysis And Reporting.

  • Knowledge Of Crew Resource Management Principles And Airline Crew Scheduling.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
