  1. Develop and implement strategic plans and goals for the Flight Training Operations division in alignment with the overall company objectives.
  2. Oversee all aspects of the flight training programs, including curriculum development, instructor training, and program evaluation, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  3. Lead a team of instructors and support staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure a high-performing and motivated workforce.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including flight operations, safety, and quality assurance, to identify training needs and develop solutions to enhance the overall safety and efficiency of flight operations.
  5. Manage program budgets and resources, ensuring efficient utilization and cost-effectiveness while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in aviation technology to continuously improve and evolve the training programs.
  7. Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor the effectiveness of the training programs and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Foster a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement within the Flight Training Operations division.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, training partners, and industry associations, to stay informed and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  10. Represent Delta Air Lines and the Flight Training Operations division in meetings and conferences, sharing insights and best practices to promote the company's brand and reputation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Aviation Management, Business Administration, Or Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program/Project Management, Preferably In The Aviation Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team.

  • Knowledge And Experience With Flight Training Operations, Including Faa Regulations And Safety Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Various Stakeholders And Departments.
