  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the distribution operations program, including processes, systems, and personnel.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the distribution operations program.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies and procedures.
  6. Hire, train, and develop a team of distribution operations staff to achieve department goals.
  7. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to maximize team performance and morale.
  8. Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of any issues.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless distribution operations.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and proactively identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance the distribution operations program.
  11. Create and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of processes and procedures.
  12. Manage and allocate department resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to meet objectives.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  14. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the distribution operations program.
  15. Represent the company and the distribution operations program in meetings, conferences, and other industry events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Distribution Operations, Preferably In The Aviation Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Focus On Optimizing Operational Efficiency And Cost-Effectiveness.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements, As Well As Experience Implementing And Enforcing Safety Protocols.
