
Product Owner, Reservations Technology

- Develop and enhance reservation systems for a global company to improve customer experience.

- Collaborate with other product owners and teams to ensure alignment and consistency across products and platforms.
- Manage and mentor junior team members and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact product delivery or customer experience.
- Act as the main point of contact for all product-related inquiries, feedback, and requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback and use it to inform product decisions and improvements.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In The Airline Industry, Specifically In Reservations Technology And Systems.
Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodologies And Experience As A Product Owner In An Agile Environment.
