  1. Develop and maintain the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the ACS tools and technologies used by our Airport Customer Service operations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and requirements.
  3. Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify new opportunities for product enhancements.
  4. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear product requirements.
  5. Ensure timely and successful delivery of high-quality products by managing the product development lifecycle.
  6. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the ACS tools.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to drive innovation within the team.
  8. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience of the ACS tools.
  9. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and resources for product development.
  10. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership, in a clear and concise manner.
  11. Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects.
  12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, such as IT, Operations, and Customer Experience, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert and go-to person for all things related to the ACS tools and technologies.
  14. Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may hinder the successful delivery of the product.
  15. Uphold the company's values and culture, promoting a positive work environment and teamwork.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Agile Methodologies: The Product Owner For Acs Tools And Tech At Delta Air Lines Should Have A Strong Understanding And Experience In Agile Practices, Such As Scrum Or Kanban. They Should Be Able To Effectively Manage Product Backlogs, Prioritize Tasks, And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
