  1. Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for our customer data platform, in alignment with Delta Air Lines' overall business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, engineers, and marketing teams, to identify and prioritize data-driven initiatives that will enhance the customer experience.
  3. Conduct extensive research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, to inform product roadmap and decisions.
  4. Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new data-driven products and features, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  5. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives.
  6. Manage the product lifecycle, from concept to launch to retirement, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert on customer data, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics, and proactively identify opportunities for Delta Air Lines to leverage new technologies and approaches.
  9. Communicate product updates, progress, and results to stakeholders and senior leadership, providing clear and concise updates and recommendations.
  10. Champion a customer-centric approach in all product decisions and collaborate with teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
  11. Manage and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources and timely delivery of product initiatives.
  12. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Data Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Customer Data Analysis, Or A Related Role.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret And Draw Insights From Complex Data Sets.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Experience Working With Customer Data And A Deep Understanding Of Data Privacy And Security Regulations.
