  1. Lead the design and development of the Ancillary Product Retailing System for Delta Air Lines.
  2. Identify and prioritize customer needs and market trends to inform product development.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful implementation of the retail system.
  4. Manage the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business objectives and customer impact.
  5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
  6. Work closely with stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  7. Analyze customer feedback and usage data to continuously improve and optimize the retail system.

  14. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the airline industry to identify opportunities for product enhancements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management And/Or Retail System Design In The Airline Or Travel Industry.

  • Demonstrated Knowledge And Understanding Of Ancillary Product Retailing Strategies, Trends, And Best Practices.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Drive Decision Making And Optimize Product Performance.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Successfully Launch And Maintain Ancillary Product Retailing Systems.
