Platform Engineer

In this position as a Sr. System Engineer you will be responsible for assessing, designing, planning and implementing DevOps capabilities in complex, multiple application, production environments. Support our Ansible Automation Platform enterprise environment including engineering playbooks, training and developing standards and guidelines for engineers in their use of Ansible. Design, implement and support VMWare vRealize Automation/vRealize Orchtestrator 7.X/8.X as Delta’s cloud management platform. Lead and participate in VMWare configuration and development, testing, proof of concepts, and solution validation. Support virtualization technologies on VCE VXRack, Cisco UCS and Cisco FlashStack converged platforms. Participate in system design improvements and performance enhancements. Mentor and educate others within the organizations in the areas of your expertise.
